Maybe not being "organized and united" is our strength. Any "organized" movement will become a target to those who would undermine and usurp that message and that movement. I think we should all become very good at identifying pied pipers, Interlopers, and "revolutionaries." It is the Fabian-society wolf-in-sheeps-clothing types that we should be extra wary about.
