It's 20 points. The difference in avg white and avg black is 17-20 points. That's based on 2 different college studies conducted in the 70s. Before people included "feelings" in empirical data. And intelligence is about as subjective as math... Africans didn't even have THE WHEEL when Europeans got there, for what it's worth.
