If we are to believe what we are told, then there won't be anyone running this. Initially there will be whatever engineers train the first model until the AI is instructed to build a better version of itself. This is what people much smarter than me are saying, who knows if it's true. People like Peter Thiel are transhumanists who no longer believe humans are individuals, rather - they are 'dividuals' made up of billions of tokenable actions. If you havent, I recommend reading part three of " Homo Deus" by the transhumanist Yuval Noah Harari for a better perspective of their thinking.
