The girl has to be fit mentally and physically to marry and in the modern age no girl is fit to marry this early PERIOD. We aren't struggling to survive and options because of transportation and other technologies are vast. No muslim man in his right mind would allow his preteen daughter to marry. This is a non starter. Other than that I agree with you.
