Yeah and it's very beautiful. A tough water situation though. Personally I prefer having my own water well. But Nevada is certainly interesting. Been a couple times and it's fun, but I wonder if it's too much fun.

''Yeah and it's very beautiful. A tough water situation though. Personally I prefer having my own water well.'' Yes, that was one reason why I had hesitated on NV, but after the implosion, due to the implosion of blue states, NV won't have to share water with CA, NM, and CO. Bad deal for CA/NM/CO, but great deal for NV. I think as far as water is concerned, NV is going to gain a great deal after the implosion. ''But Nevada is certainly interesting. Been a couple times and it's fun, but I wonder if it's too much fun.'' NV has a world-famous brand, that will still have the power to attract tourists to LV, even after the implosion. Of course, as a landlocked state, it will have to rely exclusively on airflight, but with U.S. overall, out of demand side, the oil price might even drop spectacularly, which will make air travel far cheaper than ever before, especially for the foreign tourists. With water usage/oil price down, with far less red tape than ever before, NV could even have a boom.

I agree, I think any state that has less restrictive policies and reverts or keeps Civil Liberties going forward is going to attract a lot of people in the next decade.

Yes, given everything else equal; they will still have to have jobs. Maybe NV might even use this opportunity to do major work irrigation so that not only NV overall will have more water, but also efficient distribution system so that people won't create a bottleneck, also create more extensive public transportation system; NV in this situation will have very little to lose, otherwise plenty of people will be unemployed, just wasting state's resources. This will create a lot of jobs and attract more hard-working people to NV; N.A. aka former U.S. by then will have very few auto manufacturers left, unable to support cheap, cost-effective car ownership, with GA too far away; Hyundai would be about the only car company operating in N.A. by then.
