One of my best friends (AR) paid a poor migrant to get his (the migrants') kid vaccinated under AR's kids name. So now the daughter is in the system as vaccinated but isn't really. By the next shots turn he had found a nurse who was happy to waste the vaccine in the trash and enter the daughters name in the system anyway. Not that I would advise you to do the same, just letting you know what he did.
