Good sees your heart, make yourself a temple and be his hands on earth. a healthy mind must occupy a healthy body. do the pushups, sits up, and squats everyday. It’s going to get rough and god might need you to carry a heavy load and build something. the trials of our faith are more precious than gold and silver. They give us compassion and mental fortitude! having known suffering we can lift and comfort those experiencing it from a place of genuine empathy.
