The lack of seasoning, lmao. Salt & Peppercorns were some of the rarest and flavorful spices of the old world. Europeans ethnically cleansed entire nations *for flavor.* *No seasoning, lmao.* I'm sure you've heard the retort to this? The only white people food they've ever tasted was school cafeteria food and prison food so that's their only knowledge of it

I catered for 15 years, I can cook pretty well. But, no I haven't heard that retort, super duper funny. We did nuke the world for spices didn't we...fucking white people!
