Great post! My hot take, though it's perhaps not that "hot" is that jets inescapably produce esoteric particulates and that "they" are taking advantage of that fact to tailor the output to address issues which "they" believe are in public interests. But, early on they adopted the narrative that no such thing is even happening at all and they're essentially stuck there. But, that also allows for the cover of "benign interests" for lower level people who are read into the basic level of understanding. It's a really great "conspiracy theory"; simply speaking to the art, as it lends itself to virtually any explanation without necessarily excluding any explanation. Simply put: If "they" are up to nefarious deeds they can actually cover it up even to their own confederates up to a certain unknown point while the average shmoe considers it crazy talk to even address the issue. It is about as perfect a conspiracy as one can imagine. And that's why we should demand absolute transparency. Not because it's an absurd proposition. But, because it's an entirely doable and obscurable proposition.
