Im not certain full disclosure would collapse america as a whole, I do believe it lead to widespread and much needed reform to branches of the government that have been corrupt for too long and need to be exposed to the masses in order to usher in any possible chance of change, until then the amount of people who are aware of the government's corruption is low enough that an uprising would be met with a much stronger pushback of NPCs believing that the American people advocating for government reform are somehow the bad guys and terrorists when in reality its the people in charge already who we should be labeling as such.

Ya but its hard to predict what would happen, I only felt like writing 2 scenarios for a little hypothetical experiment lol, make people think a little. I'm sure there are many possible outcomes.
