People don't own or have any stake in most companies they work for, that is why they let those things happen. If people own a place, normally you see people defending the business or doing something to stop the person instead of standing around recording. It'll be interesting what happens with all of this, American cities are basically war zones.

Sound response, I believe with the ever growing divide between people and corporations we’re seeing a death of sorts of privately owned and operated businesses. And no one is paid enough to die or be insured for a corporation who not only doesn’t care about them but may actually penalize them for not adhering to corporate policies and/or will reprimand them for drawing additional attention to their establishment.
