\- exactly, under sharia law, the three resources must be under government controls:  
  
1\. oasis aka water supply/drinking water. and you are free to dig your own natural well. if your state illegalize digging your own natural well or pool rainwater, your water supply is monopolize by the jew companies.  
  
context: during Mohammed reign, the jews charge people for drinking water in their property. the well located in a strategic road but alas it is in the jew's property.  
Mohammed sent his companion to settle this matter. The jew didn't want to sell it.  
the companion buy it with agreement of fifty-fifty, one day the jew own the water well the next day people can use the water well.  
nobody shows up to buy the water in the day when the jew own the well.

3\. grazing field/for cattles. you can't privatized grazing field. it's public property. everyone can use it. arab territory mostly desert so grazing field is scarce, people would love to monopolize grazing field for their own profit. you can't monopolize grazing field under sharia law.  
  
i dont know the equivalent of grazing field in this modern day, some say it is a job vacancy or anything that is your source of income/living.  
  
\- plus under sharia law hoarding necessity items is punishable by death.  
remember the covid where everyone hoard toilet papers or anything basic necessary and made the price sky-rocketed.  
you won't experience it in sharia government.  
it's also the same as communism law.  
can you hoard gold reserve? yes. it's not basic necessity items.
