No. Most humans have a romantic version of history. Most humans have been "dumb". Most humans died on battlefields and had little to no education. Most humans died early in life and didn't travel anywhere or have any experience other than throwing rocks down a dirt road. Humans didn't know about the countries beside them or the people who lived there other than if war broke out.
