mrs\_cms: I am curious, do Islam have a process to expel demons from a person, like the Catholics use exorcism? There are different Muslim approaches to Islam. The Sunni Muslim approach to exorcism seems a bit closer to the Catholic version. The key aspect above all is to live a life that is pleasing to God, and praying while slaving to Him alone. This is where true protection comes from. My ancestors were Muslims like Abraham before they became Muslims like Muhammad, and therefore, are rooted in the Quran, and it informs me to call upon God, and keep on saying something like this (see below), until relief comes. All thanks to God, I can say, this is tried, tested and proven. #Quran chp 114 ver 1-6 Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the people. "The King of the people. "The god of the people. "From the evils of sneaky whisperers. "Who whisper into the chests of the people. "Be they of the jinns, or the people." chp 23 ver 97-98 Say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the whispers of the devils. "And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they come near me."
