The people in charge have shown no interest in my opinion. Its like riding on a boat and you are given quiz's about what, where and when the boat should do something but the captain does their own thing always. I can jump off the boat, but no one on the boat cares what I think. The link you provide, doesn't help anything. In the link, you don't know what a town square is. In real life you can block people, ya know. There are restraining orders. You can walk away from people.
