U.S. military is over bloated; too many useless, worthless generals/admirals at the top. There should be a major purge of U.S. military ala the Soviet Union under Stalin, at both ranks and file and officer corps, or French military after the revolution, or Russian military after the revolution. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1940%E2%80%931942_Red_Army_purges

I think that firing everyone who disagrees with you is a reckless thing to do. Lower-ranking employees don't have the authority to fire those above them, so the system is inherently unfair and rigged. What happens to the unfortunate families who depend on those employees? Who is going to support them after such massive layoffs? And did they receive any compensation?

''I think that firing everyone who disagrees with you is a reckless thing to do.'' Not because they disagree with me, but because they are worthless and useless people, wasting resources, and preventing the advancement of the military. ''Lower-ranking employees don't have the authority to fire those above them, so the system is inherently unfair and rigged.'' Many NCOs are just as bad as many generals and admirals. Why I believe in alternative promotion system. https://soj.ooo/p/freethinkers/post/e8aee6c5e15d9aef6ac83fabb3660c65 ''What happens to the unfortunate families who depend on those employees?'' They should be purged as well if they failed the audit. ''Who is going to support them after such massive layoffs? '' No one. ''And did they receive any compensation?'' Why should they? They would be purged only if they are parasites.
