MoU was lipstick. I like the lipstick metaphor for a bunch of stuff. There is a bet-able trend I have noticed regarding any agreement that limits Usreal's goals. #1 First and foremost. It will be violated (not exactly a trend but an unbreakable rule that **it** follows). #2 They are only signed or agreed to as a tactical delay to be violated in the future when Usreal perceives an advantage again. Ahh that's kinda like #1 isn't it? So scratch that. I guess there is only one rule.
