Well there's something to think about. Totalitarian. Everything is mandated which is not forbidden.  
  
The difference between authoritarian and totalitarian is that the authoritarian demands obedience of action, the totalitarian seeks total control, obedience of thought.  
  
The word "optimal" would seem to recognize practical limits on the extent of power, meaning it's not totalitarian which does not recognize limits.  
  
National interests. Junk filler to justify whatever it is you'd like to justify.  
  
There's nothing fascistic about that grouping of words unless you remove the word "totalitarian" from the mix and substitute "authoritarian" in it's place, turning it into a fairly fuzzy description of pretty much every powerful country on Earth... that's ever existed.  
  
Every single one has exercised however authoritarian a regime as it felt manageable under the circumstances for the betterment of their country, as they see it. Oddly enough, the rulers always have a vision of their own, what Thomas Sowell refers to as the "Vision of the Anointed" to allow them to pursue their great dreams, just as you do.  
  
The video you included about Julias Evola is, like all your ramblings, empty of substance. Surely you don't expect us to think you've actually read even one of his books? Men Among the Ruins?  Revolt Against the Modern World? The Hermetic Tradition? The Doctrine of Awakening? No, of course not.  
  
You're not here to provide any understanding of anything. You're just here to display some esoteric affiliation with some obscure author virtually no one has heard of. Typical edgelord crap.  
  
That's why you are incapable of engaging anyone about your actual principles and practices. You don't have any. Just performative poses of superiority to separate you from the masses.  
  
That's why you post videos about fox-dogs as though explanatory "pears before swine", not without need to explain, but as demonstration of the lack of need to explain.  
  
To everyone else falls the work of deciphering what you supposedly mean by your ranting incoherent ravings, because quite simply, you have no idea what's meant.  
  
We have this in common my friend: We're intensely narcissistic. Here's the difference: I know it. You don't.  
  
You need others to feed your narcissistic hunger, not add to it by demanding explanation. If you must stand and deliver, why then you might be no better than anyone else!
