Yes, that is wrong. I am not disputing doing good and evil. I am saying there is an ultimate judge. There will be no justice if we transgress the limits of what is just.

And I care about that because....? I really don't care about any ultimate judge even if I agree there is one. We live here and now and in YOUR scenario, YOU will be judged for failing to defend the defenseless. Comfy? I am.
