Austin and his brother came to the tent that Karmelo was under, not the other way around. That’s the end of story. They had no right to tell or try to force him from where he was. Austin fucked around and found out. So did Karmelo and that’s why Austin is dead and Karmelo deserves jail time.

again were you there? where are you sources for these claims? Assumptions on Assumptions. *So Karmelo didn't "Came to the tent"* How did he get into the tent? It's ok for Karmelo to come into a tent **But not ok for Austin to come into the tent** of his school that has the same logo and the school he is wearing a jersey of? What the actual fuck are you even talking about dude? like what? Are you claiming Karmelo was there first so it's his tent? "nobody can ask me to do anything" Thats insane, people can ask you to move. Thats Free Speech. "leave our tent" Is a perfectly fine thing to say to anyone from anyone. The Tent is meant for the kids of the school. Don't be purposefully obtuse.

Purposefully obtuse? Everything I have read and heard paints the picture of Austin coming up to Karmelo. Not vice versa. I never said the tent belonged to either party either. That’s you making that assumption. What I know is that Karmelo was under a tent, Austin came up to said tent and asked Karmelo to move. An altercation arose from that which lead to Austin’s death. Had Austin’s just minded his fucking business, he’d be alive. It started raining so everyone fled for shelter, and if Austin had a problem with someone fleeing for shelter from the rain, then that’s Austin’s fucking fault. Still does not give him nor his brother the right to force someone out of a tent.
