This is so retarded. Our 8th Amendment means nothing. All I'm sayin' is that if they are so concerned about smuggling weapons to prisoners, the rule would just say that. Clearly, no one wants felons, probably violent, repeat offenders, to have weapons. Giving homemade food? Bloody bollocks, I say. The people who made and who blindly enforce that zero tolerance policy, which is intentionally vague, are dumb fucks.

I would have some issues with 8th amendments on some worthless and useless people, who are also entitled with a vengeance.
