In my opinion free speech is an easy one. Its how others react to speech that matters the most, and therefore not exactly on the speaker. The yelling fire thing is compelling. If someone yells fire, should you wait to see for yourself if its true or should you instantly take action. Your choice really. This is part of why large government can never truly work and can't possibly be moral. These complex moral issues should always be decided and handled locally. If this village doesn't handle moral issues the way you think is right, take your family to a different village.
