As I said before, I don’t feel comfortable giving an opinion on the tech side of things, but I can answer the leadership question. Humility. Just like a good Pastor, or even every individual written about in the Bible, or even every great leader this world has ever seen throughout history - they all made great mistakes almost as much as they exerted greatness themselves. A great leader is almost always FAR from a perfect being, many did shameful things and even continued to display flawed character throughout their time. Being human is not a weakness, it is in fact a strength, an asset, a blessing! We just need to recognize this again and stop acting so shallow as a species.

Very profound insight sir. I will think on what you said. I am doing my best as a developer to follow the lead of God, through Jesus, guided by the Holy Spirit. Please pray for me that I always continue to do so.
