He probably could enter the country, but Hungarian government has taken significant steps to curb Soros’s influence, most notably through the “Stop Soros” laws passed in 2018. These laws criminalized certain types of assistance to undocumented immigrants, targeting organizations and individuals linked to Soros, whom Orbán has accused of promoting mass immigration to undermine Europe

That's pretty wild. I would feel extremely ashamed of myself if the country I was born in asked me not to return because of my actions.
