Not necessarily. Once in consideration and established, it's time for the next pragmatic step towards the solution or the adaptation.  
If it's true - and it is - that you can't change anyone else's mind but yo ucan change your own; then you would understand that you, and your proliferation, are the principality that *you* represent. If you, and your friends, and your friends' friends, and their wives, and your children, all believe something - you are all a principality. Is it a Truthful, moral principality? OR is it a False, aesthetic principality? You have power and influence either way your soil is nurtured.

You have to understand what you can and cannot control.  
I think it is established that all countries' governments do not represent their people. Voting systems do not represent their constituents - and so you cannot control that.  
However, there are things you can control - like what you put forward as a solution, not so much your harping on the problem.  
If you are a true and moral person, you will change people around you - like it seems I've begun to stir in this forum. I have been a small Light by typing hard truths, and arousing True, Moral, Productive discourse -- and the *fags* writhe uncontrollably. Just look under each reply for someone I've ignored, they're always there, unanswered. %%Trying%%. To corrupt my morals, %%trying%% to provoke a response and get me to ~~break character,~~ as if this is a game or a 'troll'.
