I am surprised that more people here never flown a plane actually... There's little airfields all over the country. And theres some middle aged man with 25,000 hours of flight time that just hangs out there all day. Take your kids to try it out, probably costs you $100 for a memory that lasts a lifetime. Way cooler than playing on an ipad.

Without doubt one of the cooler memories from childhood was getting taken up in that little plane. The acceleration was amazing...whah....as a kid...so cool. The take-off into the great unknown and all that feeling. He did 'touch and goes' just to amuse us...things like that. More than one occasion....each time felt like magic. Still does. Peace
