Interesting question. They do have the upper hand. Control of govt's, media, information, military and weapons and most of all, technology. They have been gathering data and interpreting it more and faster as time has gone by. They have conducted small scale trial operations like viral outbreaks, wars, even comments on various social media platforms to elicit a reaction and test the effectiveness of division. Now, post covid plandemic, we livestock are ever more divided. Take NA for example. There is the vaxxed and unvaxxed camp. Add immigration into the mix and the incumbents hate the idea their taxes are paying for refugees to re-settle while the health care system remains broken.  
  
The covid vax campaign on part of the elites has been a solid 60% success, let's say. They have the numbers and the remain a secret. They would like us to believe its above 80%. Of those vaxxed, lets say the nanotech in the "vaccines" has a success rate of 80%. That's atleast half, or more, of the population that is reporting data, without their knowledge, to the Starlink sattelite network. So now the elites have realtime data of a person's location, mobility and vital signs. They are planning on releasing many more diseases, having more wars, "natural" disasters and further fracture the population by various means and starvation.  
  
By 2030 they aim to have AI mentally control much of the population. Many by this time will have already passed on, relaying data back to the elites on their life and death. Nanotechnology will play a role in the deaths of many vaxxed people and will be made difficult to identify cause of death by either disease or the actual nanotech terminate function.  
  
On a military front, they have control of NATO. Soldiers do as they're told. And they refuse, elites have robots and drones on the ready, at their disposal.  
  
That being said, the elites have organized and thought this through to conduct an operation so complex, in stages, to bring about success of their plans.  This isn't their first rodeo.
