Noticing for me has a freeing effect and makes me feel like I just came home (mentally and spiritually) after being gone for awhile. Or just woke up. Like I'm back to a natural state. I've mentioned this on this site elsewhere, but my first big notice that I recall is when Reagan was elected and chose to cut FMHA funding by billions of dollars. I was a single mother of 4 at the time, had happily spent months jumping through a few hoops to refinance my home, was 3 weeks away from closing and I got a letter announcing the funding got cut. I wrote to both my senators who basically said sorry, not sorry. I lost my house to foreclosure. Broke even. And I've been habitually and faithfully noticing ever since. Noticing, though can sometimes be a lonely or frustrating place when I can't relate effectively with those in my life who are just not in the same place, and are caught up in the fuckery, fear and stress. Which makes me realize that there's a responsibility and understanding that comes with noticing. But, I'd rather have that than be blind.

"Fuckery," Hey lady, I watch Jimmy Dore show too, maybe a couple of shows a week, just because, in my opinion, he is one of the few left good podcasters on YouTube as of today. That's because many of them sold-out to the Trump regime already. But that is a word, fuckery, I now use here and there to express self when I get irritated. Happy to hear it coming from you. Lol. 😂
