I became a lot less trusting of people online, not knowing who is trying to control my thoughts or what their motives might be. I know its not healthy to think this way but knowing how much corruption there is, I know its not impossible for agents to be literally anywhere.

Everyone is trying to control your thoughts. Social media is, media in general is, it's all propaganda. Even the honest stuff is propaganda.. but that's far and few between. You're in the middle of a wild foreign influence propaganda \*and\* corporate economic propaganda \*and\* your own government is psy-opping you with propaganda. The corporate news media was psyopping you back when independent media was getting blocked. Now they're not getting blocked why? Why are all the banned voices back? Because they don't need to block them anymore, the independent media are incorporated into the psy-op now.
