TLDR; Technocacy's objective to tax cash transactions using digital carbon credits Stacking silver and avoiding taxes will work to some degree but not fully. I think food shortages will be used to justify the issuance of (likely digital) food rations, and in some countries will be used to justify the issuance of CBDCs. Trump's ban on CBDCs has many flaws, and doesn't target banning digital food or energy rations/coupons. Food shortage crises in large metropolitan areas will likely trigger the issuance of some form of controls. **HERE IS IMHO THEIR PLAN w/ CARBON:** I think carbon tracker idea was initially designed to work as a parallel digital tax, that requires to be payed in some form of CBDC or digital token. Farms or food producers who %%use%% or %%emit%% "carbon" would have to %%pay taxes%% in that form of digital "eco" coins. This means they would be required by law to collect those digital tokens. Fertilizer, water usage, CO2 tax, tax, cow farts, would need to be payed in "eco" digital coins. The issuance of these "eco" coins would be distributed to the population in a socialist way, each individual receiving the exact same amount for a particular time period. individual -> grocery store -> distributor -> farm -> fertilizer producer -> government All life form is carbon based, which means that any actions by humans would trigger a tax that needs to be payed from within the digital system. Farmers would refuse to sell you food in exchange for silver coins because they would need "eco" coins to buy fertilizer, and pay "Eco" tax. I know this sounds far fetched but this is kind of what they envisioned decades ago with "energy" certificates. *"They would then divide the total amount of energy used by the number of citizens in the Technate over the age of 25, and issue each of those citizens an equal number of Energy Certificates, whether they were employed or not. I think you might be onto something here.... this all comes down to compliance and how many of us bend the knee. The trucker convoy gave me hope but how they were treated afterwards is concerning. The control and issuance of food will be us in total communism and I'm not sure what happens after that... scary to think we do this to ourselves

There would always be a black market for things. The further away from centralized the government the more freedom people have. In those dystopian futures they have cities walled in and on the outside are the free peoples of the world.
