This is really well done Rick. Thanks for posting - I'm well aware of the BIS plans, the only thing that caught me off guard was when they pulled out of Mbridge at the last minute. So many people have no idea about the BIS. Thanks for sharing this to the community.

Thank you. I am getting into the habit of checking a profile of the author of a post before I comment. Even if they are more knowledgeable than I am about the topic I try not to get skittish about posting. I think all information should be shared just so long as it is real.
