What is your core goal? (Education, consulting, financing, equipment, etc.) Who is your ideal customer? (Families, preppers, homesteaders, small farmers?) How do you plan to make money? (Courses, subscriptions, product sales, services?) What’s your timeline and budget? (Are they funding this themselves or seeking investors/grants?) How do you differentiate from existing programs like USDA support or permaculture communities?
