You start with a big pool of people and reject the high-IQ ones. The judicial system has approved of this discrimination. Then you select for poor temper, a steady government paycheck, protection from accountability, and bonus incentives for certain types of arrests, and you always frame it as us versus them. Or you find mentally unstable people, befriend them, and guide them. The cases that are being pulled off are something else and if anyone criticizes, sue them for billions:)

A big pool of people. ...and up pops little Tim Pool.? What are the odds? His heritage predicts a character with more character.😅 Alex Jones....protected animal....his wife. I think the same for JP Sears, but not positive...highly likely, though. I go with mentally unstable....with a gift for the dramatic. Peace.😇
