@braven I think this clip sums up the potential of HAARP tech. Would appear this tech could be used in numerous ways; as a communications antenna, or to disrupt communication signals, punch holes in the ionosphere (because why not:)), bounce the signal back to other points on earth - possible seismic weapon, and or against the populace (heard good radio waves lately?:) US air force stopped funding the project around 2015 and a university took over, but it would be logical to assume that there have been a better replacement for the ground station. @dangun I did a simple grammar edit to my comment here and saved it, and then I tried doing another edit but this time it was pulling up @braven 's comment below in the screenshot in my comment editor option, naturally I didn't try to alter braven's comment but I was curious if I would be able to. Seems like a strange flaw or bug.

There is a display bug, and I'm looking into it now! To answer whether you could edit his comment - you cannot because it is double checked both server side by user and for a valid signature! This is a pure display issue, however, and I'll figure it out! Edit: Editing to see if I can reproduce.
