Yeah, BRICS isn't going to replace anything. Those countries can't even do simple things without fighting or being corrupt. How does South Africa deal with a "white country"? As a white country, why would you want to deal with the ANC? Brazil? Russia? China? Which of those countries do you think will want to release power to the other? And that isn't even talking about India? India could be an entire thread on its own.

BRICS is not and alliance between a hand full of countries to defend each other against some threat. It's an ideology, a system not a defense pact.

Well, still saying I wouldn't agree to pacts with any of those countries. Or the leaders of the countries. I mean India is the best out of them and India isn't known for that much other than exporting large groups of idiots onto the world.
