"I hope you get better!" Wow. Passive-aggressive concern trolling much? Do you have any idea how disgusting it is to imply that somebody is mentally ill for disagreeing with you? It's quite literally the playbook of every murderous, authoritarian regime that's ever existed. This, more than anything else I have read today, convinces me that I want nothing to do with this platform or the VPN going forwards. The privacy policy as it stood at the time we early adopters signed up, is the only one that legally applies, since we have not been notified of any changes made since. If a platform materially changes it's terms, users must be notified and must either accept the new terms or given the opportunity to opt out and delete their account. That is not rocket science it's the law. Witness is asking you to abide by the law, nothing more or less. I strongly suggest you do so. I haven't been here for a long time and only logged in to check the authenticity of an email I received, I was taken to the DAO thread and came across the posts on this topic. Data protection is an area in which I have strong views and some experience so here I am.
