sacredcow: What does it mean to you, what another person does with their life and they aren't using violence against anyone? It means nothing, the peace is kept. However, walking into a public square and not being able to move on, implies physical aggression to stop someone else speaking (i.e. in real life equivalent of muting and blocking).
