I am building a list of people who and whose descendants will be audited after the victory in the post-implosion civil wars.

It's not about petty vindictiveness but cleansing the gene pool of 'bad blood'.   Back in the day, vicious nasty dogs used to be culled, baseball bat to the head; why there were so few nasty dog mauling, which are very common nowadays, due to these doggy crazies running amok.   Mental illness is becoming 'normal'.   I am not judging the breed/race, but worthless, useless, delusional, 'empowered' individuals who present existential threat to the new civilization to come after the implosion.
