What is the argument? whats wrong with producing more houses than you need?  
So which one is it? Are the Chinese homeless and can't produce enough for its people? or are they producing too much and too fast for people to consume?  
The Chinese are having trouble keeping up with the rapid development, and they are planning several years ahead and seeing what works.  
This is part of what makes the Chinese income not only comparable but superior to the average american, because the Chinese can buy what the americans have, and purchase parity means they can purchase equal value, it doesn't compare old tuc-tuc tricycles to modern cars, the Chinese can buy better more luxurious cars than the americans for much cheaper, because they produce so much more at such a lower cost.  
  
At some point I know that I'm talking to an american, who pride themselves in their ignorance and get literally every one of their opinions from jews, a jew collects videos of accidents or crimes being committed in another country, and that actually just frames your entire outlook on that country.  
There are so much crime going on in america, they are un-paralleled by any other country in terms of murders and theft its ridiculous.  
  
America has a ton of ghost towns, but their towns aren't a result of producing too much, they are a result of civilizational decay.  
A growing number of americans literally live in trailer-parks, or similar slum lands.  
  
You americans need to understand, I'm not american, nor am I Chinese, I just an average Norwegian who are observing these things from the outside.  
Norway is a great country, I probably won't leave it for China, but that's mainly just because of language, friends and family related ties, also national pride.  
I'm not a propagandist payed by the ccp, no matter how much you'd like that to be the case, I have had to painfully pry out information and truth out of a dying empire that still masquerades as a shiny city on a hill, surrounded by homeless people in tents, dealing drugs with the occasional gunshot.  
Americans are fleeing out of the city, where as the Chinese are flocking to them.  
  
You are gonna throw all kinds of old propaganda at me, that china only copies, or that their qualities are poor, or that China cheat on tests or any of the sort, you're not wow'ing me with any of that information, because I was born into it, I got all of the same brainwashing you did, unlike you, I went beyond to see what was actually going on in a rational way, and China is surpassing america at rocket speeds.  
  
In 2029, you are going to be watching Chinese people land on the moon and speak Chinese proverbs that you are going to remember.  
  
America has no plans to return to the moon.  
They scrapped them all and pulled all of the funding.  
And I know you are going to say that some new Chinese companies are copying SpaceX, but first of all what's the problem with that if they are more successful than the people they are copying, and secondly, out of the 10 probes that non-chinese space agencies have attempted to land on the moon since the turn of the century, 7 of them have failed, they have a 70% failure rate, in contrast, China's much more ambitious Chang-e program has had a 100% success rate, and the Chang-e landers all dwarfs the other probes by scope and ambition, they are all sample return missions, some from the other side of the moon, having to operate completely and entirely autonomously, and they went back, that's what you have to do in a human mission, but in larger scale, and they have been gradually scaling up the size of these missions, making a 2029 human mission to the moon, very likely.  
  
If watching China on the moon raise the flag and making proverbs that people will remember doesn't open your eyes to the changing times, nothing will.
