The reason why stealth jet have internal bay is for stealth purpose. The most advanced missiles are developed to take advantage of stealth. A stealth jet using internal bay for less than state of art missiles is like being penny wise, but dollar foolish. Why not just use non-stealth jet? They are far more effective and efficient for using external hard point.

Yes, the most recent advanced missiles. Just because an American plane can't use a Turkish missile, means little to nothing. Its still stealth and can use its bays for weapons, that the plane can use.
