The F-35 can use internal bays. We all so have the F-22 Raptor. Lasers don't work in dusty conditions like that of sandy Israel.

Lol...the F-22 was basically made to lose that fight. OH MY GAWD one simulation had a F-22 losing a dog fight. The open ocean and water particles, which reflects light which is what lasers are.
