The real question is how do you show that the developer of a product, beyond a shadow of a doubt, committed to planned obsolescence and legalize that through the class-action process? I agree with your sentiment, but execution is everything if we want to actually see this. In the end, the single most important thing we can do is spend our money in the direction of excellence instead of expediency.
