It seems to me this subject is confusing rights with powers. Every man has (*should have..*) the same rights as any other. It is what he does with those rights and his own hard work and ethics that make him suitable or not for positions of power. That said, when you look at politicians nowadays, I'd say most of them seem closer in character to Mister B than Mister A. We live in an inverted world.

Yes they do have the same rights according to the law. What they do not have is the same privilege of inherited wealth.
