No one seems to understand this although it's quite simple.  
1\. In the Land Jurisdiction you have Land, and whatever the Land is producing becomes it's Property !  
So, if you buy a piece of property, you did not buy a piece of Land. You bought the right to use the Land. And for this usage (usury) you have to pay property taxes. You purchased a Lease agreement for 99 years and can pass it on to your children, but after 99 years the Property goes back to the original Land owner !  
2\. When this country was founded, the Americans created 3 main political statuses  
a) American State Nationals, who get their Nationality from the State they are bon in  
b) British Territorial U.S. Citizens, British Subjects, who are here in this country under the Residency Act to provide the Americans  
with 18 enumerated services (their Service Contract is called "the Constitution of the United States of America" 1789)   
c) Roman Municipal Citizens of the UNITED STATES, here to provide services like the Post Office, Patents, Copyrights and Trademarks (their service contract is called "The Constitution of the UNITED STATES" 1790)  
  
Both, British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Roman Municipal Citizens of the UNITED STATES, can not own and Land in this Country !  
  
The British Territorial U.S. Citizens were put in charge to create "Territories" in the expansion west, to protect the settlers. When enough settlers occupied a Territory (British), they could stand up their Assembly and then apply for Statehood with the Americans. Once accepted as a State, the British handed the Land over to the Americans as a Land Patent.  
  
So when you want to own Land in this Country, you first have to reclaim your American "Nationality". Americans are NOT Citizens, unless they serve their Assembly. For the period in office they are Citizens, and when they leave office they go back to Nationals.  
Then you purchase a Property, but at least 10% needs to be paid in gold or silver, because physical Land can only be acquired with physical assets.  
Then you have to do a Land Patent with a complete chain of custody going back to the first Land Patent (in the 13 original states this is called a Land Grant).  
You do a new survey (Metes and Bounds) to describe the Landmarks and Publish your Land Patent for 60 days.  
  
Air Jurisdiction  requires a Declaration and a Publishing 90 days  
Land Jurisdiction it is called a Claim and Recording 60 days  
Water Jurisdiction requires a Notice and a Registration 30 days  
Therefore you need a Land Recording Office !  
A "Land Registration" is a British oxymoron , since you can never ever Register anything in the Land Jurisdiction !  
Once the Land is yours, you no longer pay any Property taxes and never need any permits. You can do whatever you want with your Land. Because now you own the Land, NOT the Property !
