Okay? So because some explorer saw one witch doctor do something in 1897, what does that mean to you? We have documentation of c-sections happening before that date.

The story goes, a dude saw another dude doing a surgery in the jungle. Nothing about how "precise" it was. Your explorer wasn't a doctor.
