I mean, yes. BUT but butt... Men are much more violent and rape people, men and women. Women can't really rape anyone. Men are still way more violent than women any day of the week. Women are just seeking someone to deal with their bullshit. Who better than a teenage boy that just wants pussy and doesn't care about much else?

Statistically men are more violent but not by much and because they are stronger and more represented in the outliers, prisons will reflect this reality. I would rather not revisit what women do when they sexually assault others but it is not consensual as you may first imagine. I'm not an expert on psychoanalytics but everything has the power to shape lives. Difficult to judge without some proper data. What is completely crazy though are the incidents of male victims of statutory rape to requiring to pay child support.
