I don't know what a White America would look like since I try as much as possible to see people based on their nationality, ethnicity, likes, and dislikes. That said, a bunch of people will still have issues with one another based on their religion, ethnicity, lookism, and classism. Pick an **%%ism%%** besides "racism" and that is what we will be left with. Drugs have been part of the human race since the beginning of time. Crime, where there are humans there will always be crime.
