I opened a business back in the day, that i had to work 90+ hours a week and it was physically and mentally draining work. I noticed i was never 100% if i drank the night before. Even after just a drink or 2. Luckily i live a less stressful life style now so i can consume a couple Adult beverages as i please. But alcohol isnt for everyone.
