No, that's what EU/NATO wants Russia to think to provoke them into launching a ill-advised strategic offensive where EU/NATO will have the maximum advantage of defeating Russia. Dude, refinery can be rebuilt deeper inland, besides how much damage has it done? So long as Russia controls the oil fields, the oil can be refined elsewhere. It's not Russia, but EU/NATO who cannot afford to think to win in the long run.
