As you and rick have already stated in these comments, I think these Abrahamic religions evolved from previous mythos and stories. The Problem now being that Somewhere along the line, Science and Religion split in the modern era. Many hold onto the words of a book too tightly, and don't seek progress or change. Then you have the Atheists who despise religion in favor of their new god "The Science" but these people often lack morals and are just sheep following their gods "Scientists". The Church used to be at the forefront of Science and Technology, but we are in a time of great fracturing between ideologies in my opinion.

Or the mythos departed from The First Truth (of how everything came into being). Perhaps, why they want to move from the initial singularity to a "new" singularity. #Bible Deuteronomy 6:4-6 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Luke 4:8 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’” #Quran chp 112 ver 1 Proclaim, "He is the One and only God. chp 38 ver 65 Say, "I warn you; there is no other god beside God, the One, the Supreme. chp 30 ver 11 GOD is the One who initiates the creation and repeats it. Ultimately, you will be returned to Him.
